The 喵喵直播 Senior Executive Team (USET) includes the Vice-Chancellor, Provost, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Vice-Chancellors together with the Executive Deans of Faculties and one representative of 喵喵直播鈥檚 major research institutes.

USET are guided by the 喵喵直播 Values and provide strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor. USET are focused on whole-of-university management in key areas including strategic priorities, budget setting, oversight of risk and assurance, and organisational culture. Additional focus areas include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs and reconciliation, and 喵喵直播 Advancement and philanthropy.
